- Complete a WINE ON Q membership form with your details and we will send the wines to your home or designated delivery address.

WINE ON Q Membership Terms & Conditions
Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your membership and wine delivery by contacting the WINE ON Q Administrator 21 days prior to dispatch of any delivery. Cancellation must be received in writing. All deliveries are scheduled every 6 months from the date of joining. To continue to receive the Membership Benefits, you must purchase a minimum of 12 bottles (1 case) annually.
